The Galaxy M53 5G is a well-rounded mid-ranger that offers great value for your money. The centered punch hole houses a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. But its primary rear camera is the star of the show here. Samsung has equipped this phone with a 108-megapixel shooter at the back. It’s only the second mid-range phone from the company to get this high-resolution camera after the Galaxy A73 5G launched last month. Samsung has paired the chipset with 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB memory configurations. The device also supports micro SD cards of up to 1TB capacity for expandable storage. With RAM Plus, you can utilize the free storage space to expand the RAM to up to 16 GB. Other Galaxy M53 5G highlights include a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging, Dolby Atmos, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Vapour Cooling Chamber, Samsung Knox security, and the Alt Z feature. The device will run Android 12 with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 out of the box.
How to purchase the Galaxy M53 5G?
Samsung has priced the phone at ₹26,499 (~$347) for the 6GB RAM variant and ₹28,499 (~$373) for the 8GB variant. But as an introductory offer, buyers will get an instant discount of ₹2,500 (~$33) with ICICI Bank Cards. This effectively brings down the price to ₹23,999 and ₹25,999 for the two RAM variants respectively. There’s no word yet on the availability of the Galaxy A53 5G anywhere else.
