Samsung usually sells its flagship phones in a host of color options. It will be no different for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The latest rumor suggests at least four color choices across the lineup. However, as said earlier, it doesn’t mention if all three models will get all of the rumored colorways. If history is any indication, Samsung may keep at least one color exclusive to the Ultra model. We will have to wait and see if that exclusive shade is part of this lineup or if we will have a fifth hue. It’s also with noting that Samsung often sells new flagships in some exclusive colors from its website. This leak likely mentions colorways for globally available units. We learned a few weeks back that green will be the signature color of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Samsung’s promotional materials will show the phone in this shade. The signature color of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ was said to be pink or gold pink. But that color option isn’t part of the latest leak. Maybe someone mistook lavender for a shade of pink. We shall find out soon.
Samsung may double Galaxy S23’s base storage capacity, at least in some markets
The same source also recently claimed that Samsung will offer 256GB of base storage capacity on all Galaxy S23 models. If true, we are looking for twice as much the base storage the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ shipped with last year. However, another reputed tipster Roland Quandt has labeled this information as incorrect and said that 128GB base storage still exists. This means either of them is wrong or they are talking about two different markets. It’s possible that Samsung will not sell the 128GB variants in some regions. All of these confusions will be settled soon, though. Samsung will reportedly host its next Galaxy Unpacked event on February 1, with the Galaxy S23 series being the biggest attraction. The event is now less than a month away. We expect to hear more about the devices ahead of that and will keep you posted accordingly.
